Poetry Slam im Schauplatz Langenfeld

On May 10, it's time again for the country's best slam poets to take to the stage! The "Best of Poetry Slam" is coming to Schauplatz Langenfeld - and that means: an evening full of humor and goosebumps. Here you will laugh heartily and be moved to tears.

Comedy, poetry, cabaret, performance, social criticism - all in one evening?
This is poetry slam - live, direct, unforgettable. And best of all: the audience decides who wins!

The rules for the performers:
A maximum of 6 minutes per contribution, no props, no costumes. Everything must be self-written. If you don't like a text, you can show it - because the audience decides who wins.

On stage in Langenfeld are:

• Anuraj Sri Rajarajendran | reigning German-language slam champion
• Ole Müller | Berlin/Brandenburg champion 2024
• Marlena Schönfeld | slammer, lyricist, comedienne
• Luca Swieter | multiple NRW finalist, TV celebrity (including Ladies Night)
• Deborah Lemaître | newcomer from Langenfeld

Moderation:
Jan Schmidt (e.g. NDR Comedy Contest), charismatic professional slammer with a flair for timing, punchlines and people.
