POP FREAKS: Lying to Children & Organisation

Darkness, the smell of fog fluid and a room full of people. A metallic hammer blow, a piercing scream. Lights flood the hall, two young men appear on stage and the one at the microphone wears a crown made of barbed wire. What does he actually think he is? The other one is psychotically hitting a piece of iron with a hammer, crazy! The next thing you feel is relentless percussion, a voice that explains the world to you anew, fused in a deep thunderstorm of sound called Organization. But who and what is this duo with the extravagantly polemical name? Organization is an electropunk project founded in Stuttgart in 2023, consisting of Nicolas Rebmann and Noah Junker. They have been releasing their own music since the end of 2023 and their first debut EP "Neue Aggression" was released in June '24. electropunk sound exemplified by DAF meets dark melancholy, nuanced noise and blasphemous breaks. Also inspired by EBM legends like Nitzer Ebb or Front 242, by synthpop greats like Camouflage or OMD and by industrial pioneers like Nine Inch Nails, Organisation stands out from the contemporary German scene and produces fast, dark songs with a partly socially critical, partly romantic background and a predominant sound of pure aggression.

Lying to Children combines singer-songwriter style and electronic music. With Ukrainian coming of age lyrics accompanied by analog synth basslines, the duo brings together two different worlds of sound in synthpop.
