Look forward to smoky ham foam with Campari & olives, tender bresaola with liquid Taleggio and balsamic caviar, tortelli with gorgonzola and herb mushrooms, Lake Garda zander on saffron risotto, a Milanese-style veal cutlet and a sweet finish with Sbrisolona cake with persimmon sorbet.
