Pop-up Barre loves you! Bring your own folding chair.

A disco and house playlistat its best, unusual venues all over Hamburg - and a folding chair as a ballet barre to go: the pop-up barre session is a workout like no other.

For 45 minutes, we train Lotte Berk Original Barre, the original exercises from the inventor of barre training, as I learned them personally from Lotte's daughter Esther Fairfax in England.

All modern barre workouts go back to Lotte Berk. However, the original Lotte is a bit sexier, a bit tighter and initially also more strenuous - and much more precise than the later imitators. Cooler anyway, of course - it's not called The Original Barre for nothing. The exercises are structured in such a way that they can be performed at different levels of difficulty. If you practise regularly, you build up an inner muscle corset that "pulls" your whole body into a harmonious, graceful shape.

LotteBerk's exercises are now coming to Germany for the first time: until now, Lotte's Original Barre could only be practiced in the UK, Switzerland, Canada and the USA.

A yoga mat. A folding chair as a "ballet barre to go" to stabilize you during the exercises. Comfortable, not too loose clothing.

Participation in the course is at your own risk. This also means that you are responsible for insuring yourself against accidents and injuries that may occur during the course. This also includes the way to and from the venue.
