Is this legal?
Yes, the Cannabis Act (CanG for short) has been in force since April 1, 2024. In Chapter 1, §1, No. 6, 7 and 8c, the law defines that cuttings are propagation material and therefore not cannabis. The purchase of cuttings is therefore completely legal.

What are cuttings?
Cuttings are offshoots from healthy mother plants. In order to find a mother plant, a large number of seeds are germinated and grown. Cuttings are then cut from the most promising plant. Identical copies of the mother plant are then obtained by planting cuttings.

What is the advantage of cuttings over seeds?
- High success rate, minimal uncertainty: with cuttings you have reliable young plants without having to deal with poor germination rates of seeds and the challenging seedling phase.

- Time saving of 3 - 4 weeks: You skip the lengthy germination and seedling stage.

- Selection already carried out: Cuttings not only save you time and effort for the first few weeks of cultivation, but also eliminate the need to select a strong phenotype. We have already done this for you.
