In 2026, Karlsplatz will once again become an open-air stage for one of the summer’s most exciting music events: For the 16th time, Popfest Wien invites visitors to enjoy several days of live music and festival atmosphere—all with free admission. From July 23 to 26, 2026, the festival will be curated by pop musician and artist Sofie Royer and composer and producer Wolfgang Lehmann.
