Portrait workshop - on the road as a duo

How do you create natural portraits that show more than just a snapshot? This workshop is about photographing people in interaction with their surroundings.

We work outdoors and use what we encounter on the way - light, backgrounds and simple situations - to create harmonious portraits.

The workshop is particularly aimed at couples, friends or other duos who would like to photograph each other. It's not just about technique, but also about developing a feeling for light, perspective and your own eye.

Depending on the weather, we will work with soft light or use harsh contrasts to create different moods. You will be given space to try things out and receive direct feedback on location.

The workshop is suitable for cameras with interchangeable lenses as well as for smartphones.

You are welcome to take part as a duo - but individuals are just as welcome. Suitable constellations can be found on site if required.

Important note:
The workshop takes place in cooperation with the Katholische Erwachsenen- und Familienbildung Duisburg. Registration is only possible via the KEFB.
