Post Apocalyptic Café Orchestra - Urban Echoes

Two cities, many voices, one shared sound: Urban Echoes brings Freiburg and Newport (Wales) together musically on the stage of the Cargo Theater. The Post Apocalyptic Café Orchestra (Germany/UK) performs songs from both cities—created in collaboration with local residents. Supported by the Süduferchor, a polyphonic soundscape emerges from personal memories, everyday moments, and urban sounds.

Featuring: Lubi Kimpanov, Carla Wierer (Freiburg), DAR Rogers & Gareth Clark (Newport, UK), and the Süduferchor.

Funded by “Cultural Bridges,” a program fostering exchanges between cultural institutions in Germany and the UK.
