Power2Change: Mission Energiewende
In the organizer's words:
Will we soon be able to produce medicines, socks or mattresses from CO₂? Will ships, trucks or airplanes run on hydrogen or e-fuels in the future? How can energy efficiency be increased in industry and what does all this actually have to do with your life?
These are just some of the questions that the exhibition Power2Change: Mission Energiewende explores. Many scientists are working on new concepts and technologies for the energy transition - especially in the industrial sector - because it is the key to a climate-neutral future without oil and gas.
In our exhibition, you will go on "Mission Energy Transition" with researchers. Various topics show how a secure, affordable and climate-neutral supply of energy and raw materials can work. This includes, for example, the production of plastics, fertilizers and reinforced concrete, as well as the power line behind the building.
Media stations and exhibits from the laboratory demonstrate solutions for various challenges of the energy transition. You can find out more about innovative research projects at interactive stations. In videos, scientists talk about their motivation and provide insights into their day-to-day research.
We invite you to #MissionEnergiewende!
The traveling exhibition can be seen from April 25 to August 9, 2026 at the Rammelsberg World Heritage Site in Goslar.
