The Agency for Awakening cordially invites you to the presentation of the results of the sixth Spring School in Hettstedt on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 11:00 am. Interested parties are very welcome!

This year's Spring School will take place from May 11 to 16, 2026 on the topic of generations in Hettstedt. During the workshop week, students of human geography at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and communication design with a focus on photography at Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design Halle will conduct interviews and take portraits of people in Eisleben, Hettstedt, Molmerswende and Mansfeld. They talk to nuns, a social worker, a farmer and members of a gymnastics club, among others, about the idea of time and about generations.

In the Spring School Magazine, the portraits taken on location and the documented generational experiences are put into context. The presentation on May 16 in Hettstedt offers the opportunity to talk to the participants and find out more about the joint process.
