Preisträgerkonzert des Landeswettbewerbs Jugend Musiziert NRW

In the organizer's words:

The concert presents selected prizewinners of the North Rhine-Westphalian state competition Jugend musiziert. Representing over 1000 participants, they will demonstrate the passion and high quality of the state competition with a colorful program that ranges from late romanticism to modernism and covers almost all of the categories of this year's state competition. From trumpet, oboe and art song to a cello octet with a soprano, everything is included. The concert will be presented by Anja Backhaus.

The concert will also include the presentation of the NRW Sparkasse sponsorship awards and the sponsorship scholarships for chamber music at the European Music Academy Montepulciano of the Cologne University of Music and Dance.

The state competition Jugend musiziert is a sponsorship project of the Ministry of Culture and Science of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and is under the patronage of Minister Ina Brandes. The state competition Jugend musiziert is sponsored in particular by the North Rhine-Westphalian savings banks. It is sponsored by the Landesmusikrat NRW e.V.
