Preisverleihung arteen - der Kunstpreis für Wolfsburger Kinder- und Jugendliche

The award ceremony for this year's arteen, the art prize for children and young people in Wolfsburg, will take place on Sunday, June 14, 2026. The theme of this year's arteen is "Piece by Piece - The World Reassembled".

Our world often seems like a jumble of images and news - from friends, politics, influencersand AI. With so many impressions, it's hard to keep track of everything. Everything seems like a puzzle made up of many pieces - but what happens when we reassemble them?

The 51 works submitted by 59 young artists aged 17 and under explored this question. The aim of the arteen is to promote the perspectives and ideas of young Wolfsburg residents and make them visible. A jury of children and young people selected three winners in each of three age groups and also awarded a prize for the best collaboration. The Audience Award will also be presented again this year - visitors to the Kunstverein Wolfsburg can vote for their favorite work until 12.06.2026.

The results will be announced and the prizes presented on the day of the award ceremony. Afterwards, you can round off the afternoon with pizza and drinks and talk about the artworks.
