Pride History Event & Art Auction

In the organizer's words:

On 04.07. we are organizing a Pride History Event at Havas in Düsseldorf with an art auction for fundraising, initiated by us and the youth center PULS* Düsseldorf.
The artworks were donated by various artists. 🎨 PULS* uses the proceeds from the auction to support the protection of queer young people and offers themed evenings, leisure activities and anti-discriminatory educational programs, among other things.

On the evening, PULS* will introduce itself and there will be further short speeches on Pride history. There will also be "All Things Queer" to look at at various themed stands, such as love letters and films. 🌈

We will also officially launch our Havas Germany Pride Beer! In the spirit of Pride Month, three historical milestones have been illustrated for the three varieties. It's definitely worth stopping by for a free tasting, snacks and more drinks. 🍻 Free admission, but it's a good idea to reserve a place in advance as spaces are limited.

Until June 30, artists from all over Germany can submit their artworks on the theme of Pride, Here and Queer for auction and donate the proceeds to a good cause. Art is not just painting, it can take any form: Whether illustration, sculpture or a poem, there are no limits. 🚀 The works of art will then be auctioned LIVE on the evening of July 4. But we also want to support PULS* beyond the event and give everyone the chance to take part. Artworks can still be donated afterwards and will then be auctioned via a website. 🗣️🏳️‍🌈
