In the organizer's words:

A workshop for clarity, connection, and mindful self-discovery at the be yogi Campus & Retreat in Karlsruhe.

The sun hangs low over the park. The light turns golden, and the sounds of the day grow quieter. As evening slowly begins outside, a space opens up in the forest lodge for a special journey inward.

Our daily lives are often marked by speed. We function, plan, organize, and react. In the process, we easily lose touch with what’s truly present right now: our bodies, our feelings, and our inner voice.

This Psychedelic Breath® Journey invites you to step off the bus for a moment—off autopilot, off the merry-go-round of thoughts—and reconnect with yourself.

🌿How does the workshop work?

We’ll start by taking time to settle in and set a conscious intention for the journey. Then, Carina will guide you through the Psychedelic Breath® method—a breathing practice developed by Eva Kaczor that combines dynamic breathing with intentional pauses, music, and mindful presence.

Accompanied by electronic beats and atmospheric soundscapes, an intense breathing journey unfolds, guiding you step by step deeper into your experience. Many participants describe the experience as meditative, trance-like, or mind-expanding—without the use of substances.

Through this unique breathing technique, your focus can shift from external events to your inner world. This creates space for relaxation, emotional processes, new perspectives, and a deeper connection with yourself.

The session is accompanied by selected essential oils that can support the process on a sensory level.

The workshop takes place in the historic forester’s lodge on the edge of the Hardtwald. The evening atmosphere of the golden hour, the nature outside the windows, and the small group create a safe space that feels like a mini-retreat.

🌿Who is this workshop for?

If you want to consciously set aside time for yourself, if you’re curious about the power of the breath, or if you’re looking for a new approach to mindfulness, body awareness, and personal development, this workshop can support you.

You don’t need any prior experience with breathwork or meditation. All that’s important is an openness to an intense self-exploration and a willingness to engage in a new process.

🌿Your Instructor

Carina Wowerath is a certified PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® facilitator and was trained in the method by Eva Kaczor.

She originally studied sociology and political science and is currently pursuing a degree in international development. In addition to her interest in social issues, she has been practicing yoga, mindfulness, and bodywork for many years. Through breathwork, she has found an approach that uniquely combines personal growth, body awareness, and inner reflection.

With great empathy and clarity, she creates spaces where people can reconnect with themselves.
