Psychic Liberation (PL) is a label founded in 2013, originally run by Miguel Alvariño under the title Primitive Languages as a cassette and record store project in New York City. Since 2019, it has been run solo by Nick Klein under the name Psychic Liberation from the EU. The concert series of the same name takes place with changing guests.

Niloofar Asghary
Niloofar is an artist who works in the fields of sound, photography and archives. Her work takes an investigative and experimental approach, often dealing with processes that reveal hidden structures and unstable narratives.

She is currently focusing on the creative potential of the no-input mixing board, using feedback and interference as tools to create unpredictable, multi-layered soundscapes. Through this practice, she explores the boundary between control and contingency, where systems begin to transcend intention, navigating the tension between structure and unpredictability through perpetual disruption.

Júlia Koffler
Júlia Koffler is a vocalist and sound artist from Hungary, currently based in Berlin. Her work is characterized by vocal research, an interest in timbre and technology, and the relationship of the voice to its various cultural manifestations. She realizes her projects in various formats such as installations, video works, spatial sound pieces and performances. Her live performances include the use of voice and extended vocal techniques, tape and electronics to explore how vocal expression and its technological mediation unfold in a spatial context. Her debut album Ostium was released by Prensa Manual in April.
