Right on the Rhine, nestled in a historic castle setting with a summery beer garden atmosphere, an evening full of excitement, thrilling moments, cold drinks, and a truly electrifying atmosphere under the open sky awaits you.

Ticket

Admission to the public viewing is free. The ticket includes a minimum food and beverage purchase, which is valid exclusively for the booked match day.
The ticket is valid only for the selected match day, is non-transferable, and entitles the holder to a single entry.

Minimum purchase

The minimum purchase is €10 and can be redeemed on-site exclusively for beverages; deposits and food are excluded. At the entrance, the ticket will be exchanged for two food and beverage vouchers, each worth €5.00. These are valid only on the respective event day. If the food and beverage voucher is not fully used, the remaining balance expires at the end of the event. Remaining balances will not be refunded. 

The minimum purchase amount does not include any service fees charged by the ticketing provider.

Admission / Kickoff

Admission begins six hours before kickoff.

Look forward to relaxed summer evenings right on the Rhine, a special castle backdrop, and a thrilling open-air public viewing atmosphere.
Please note that kickoff times may vary depending on the schedule as well as overarching event or TV requirements.

Seated & Standing Areas

The Kulturbiergarten offers both seated and standing areas with a direct view of the large LED screen. Seating is first-come, first-served. Reservations for specific seating areas are not available.

Food & Beverage & Payment

A wide variety of drinks and food awaits you on site—vegetarian and vegan options are also available.
Payment can be made in cash or via card.

Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.

Admission Control & Youth Protection

Ticket and bag checks will be conducted at the entrance. Bringing glass containers or dangerous items is prohibited.
Alcoholic beverages will be served in accordance with the legal provisions of the Youth Protection Act. Age checks may be conducted.

House Rules & Conduct

The organizer’s house rules apply. Persons who violate safety regulations or event rules may be excluded from the event.

Weather, Safety & Event Changes

The event will generally take place even in light rain.
In the event of extreme weather conditions, official requirements, or safety-related reasons (e.g., storms, severe weather warnings, police orders, or technical failures), we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event.

In the event of a cancellation by the organizer before the start of the game, the minimum food and beverage charge paid will be refunded. The ticket service provider’s service fee is excluded from this.

TV Broadcast & Schedule Changes

Broadcasting of the matches is subject to the respective broadcasting rights, as well as technical and licensing availability.

Match times and broadcasts are subject to change at short notice due to official schedule changes, TV adjustments, or organizational requirements. There is no entitlement to a specific kickoff time.

Liability

Participation in the event is at your own risk. The organizer is liable only in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as in cases of injury to life, limb, or health, in accordance with statutory provisions.

No liability is assumed for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Photos & Video Recordings

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event. By entering the event grounds, visitors agree that these recordings may be used for public relations purposes (e.g., social media, website, marketing).

Miscellaneous

Dogs are generally not permitted in the event area. 

The event is accessible to people with disabilities.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except in the event of cancellation by the organizer.
