The Quatuor Modigliani and clarinettist Pablo Barragán have a lot in common: they are among the most sought-after artists in their field, have a passion for musical discoveries - but above all, they play with an incredibly infectious enthusiasm that no one can escape. This makes them the ideal cast for Brahms' Clarinet Quintet: the composer himself was so enthusiastic about a clarinettist that he left his self-imposed retirement and wrote the quintet as one of his last great works.
