Queer Poetry Gala Essen

Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of queer poetry at our monthly gala in the cozy ambience of Café [iks] in Essen! Experience a varied selection of new spoken word artists who are all part of our diverse spectrum of the queer community and present their inspiring artistic works.

Start: 20:00

Venue: Café [iks], Varnhorststraße 17, 45127 Essen

Host: The charming host will be Sven Hensel, poetry slammer, author and homolobbypropagandagendergagaist - known for his hosting of various CSDs, including CSD Bochum and the opening of the Fluid.

Program highlights:

- No competition, but an evening full of fantastic entertainers
- Joint discussions about the topics covered in the texts
- Exciting interviews with queer poetry slam icons from NRW
