Queer Slam Halle

Calling all queers and allies: After a long wait, there’s finally a Queer Slam back in Halle. Be there when queer voices enchant the stage—and everyone in front of and behind it. 

Whether it’s poems about queerness, love, or life—get ready for a sparkling mix of words. As the cherry on top, there will be drag performances. 

It’ll be colorful, it’ll be loud—we are proud!

The usual poetry slam rules apply: only original work, no costumes, audience judging, and most importantly: Respect the Poets!

• Content notes—i.e., warnings about potentially sensitive content—are the responsibility of the artists. The host reserves the right to remove from the stage any poet who makes discriminatory statements of any kind.
• The event will be held in spoken German.
