We want to create a place that offers exchange and brings generations together, thus strengthening intergenerational solidarity.
Older generations in our community have been confronted with a variety of historical and political events. The resulting achievements are taken for granted and experienced by younger generations. Younger people are confronted with new conflicts and issues in everyday life, from which older people can in turn learn. It is important to bring together stories and life experiences from all generations so that the queer community can survive in these times.
We therefore want to create a place of mutual learning and bring together a diverse community. So that an awareness of queer history can emerge, its visibility can be strengthened and the future can be shaped together. The group should offer opportunities for mutual exchange. Friendships and meetings can also develop outside the group.
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month in the KCR at 6:30 pm.
