Queer und von hier

In the organizer's words:

New exhibition "Queer and from here" opens in Oldenburg*

The Open Objects Collective is cooperating with the Oldenburg City Museum and presenting the exhibition "Queer and from here! Oldenburg city history(ies)". The exhibition can be seen in the RAUM AUF ZEIT at Haarenstraße 39.

The exhibition sheds light on the presence of queer life in Oldenburg and examines how this can be represented in the city museum in the long term. Together with visitors, the four students of the Open Objects Collective collect data, information, places and objects on queer city history. The exhibition was created in collaboration with queer communities in Oldenburg and also shows objects that were submitted through an open call.
