In 1992, one of the greatest debut albums in rock history was released under the name "Rage Against The Machine". The crossover band of the same name from California managed to harmonize the styles of new metal and hip hop and thus created a new rock'n'roll genre. Even after all these years, the music of this band has lost nothing of its timeless sound and political relevance. One guitar riff chases the next and the drum & bass machine drives the vocals, paired with hip hop and almost hysterical lead vocals - consisting of aggressive middle finger lyrics - incessantly towards the climax. This musical melange is served without appetizers and easily digestible chord changes. Not light fare. The biggest spoon in the cutlery box is used here. Four musicians from Halle an der Saale bring this portion of energetic power to the stage live and serve it to RATM fans not just reheated, but boiling hot. Anyone who has now worked up an appetite for a peppery feast for the ears should not miss a concert by the tribute band "Ragemachine".
