The Hollywood star will visit HEROCON on June 13, 2026 for "Motivation Handwerk":

Craftsmanship has always fascinated Ralf Moeller, as his father was a locksmith and welded him his first barbell. Now he has mutated from "gladiator to crafts ambassador": to counteract the shortage of skilled workers in the trades and get young people interested in the trades, Ralf Moeller and Andreas Grewe, co-owner of the traditional Bavarian textile company Hans Schäfer Workwear, launched the "Motivation Handwerk" initiative. It goes without saying that he can't miss HEROCON, the craftsman event of the year, on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

From 13:30, Ralf Moeller, moderated by Nobert Dickel, BVB's stadium announcer, will give a talk on the HEROCON stage on the topic of "Craftsmanship that inspires. How we attract young talent", followed by a meet & greet with the Hollywood star at the Hans Schäfer Workwear stand. Finally, Ralf Moeller will visit the Erlebniswelt Ausbildung for a keynote speech entitled "Craftsmanship instead of lecture halls" and will select the winners of the Fitness Challenge.

On June 12 & 13, 2026, HEROCON offers the perfect platform for trade businesses and industry experts to exchange ideas, network and learn from each other. The event is aimed at anyone who wants to advance the skilled trades and offers practical content on the topics of automation & AI, future forces and growth. With exciting presentations, workshops, networking opportunities and a colorful festival atmosphere, HEROCON sets new standards for events in the skilled trades sector.
For the first time, HEROCON will feature the "Training Experience" - a large exhibitor zone for training professions. Pupils can get to know numerous skilled trades professions or find their future training place free of charge. The "Erlebniswelt Ausbildung" is a format of the Dortmund Chamber of Crafts, Dortmund Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Dortmund Employment Agency and, for the first time, the Dortmund District Crafts Association.
