That’s why we’re bringing all the big disco hits to the Trompete and celebrating a decade when you couldn’t just stream and listen to these songs on Spotify or YouTube. Instead, we’d sit in front of the radio every night with a cassette tape ready to record, hoping to capture our favorite songs on tape—and getting frustrated when the DJ chatted over the beginning or end of a track.
