Just can't get enough Depeche Mode?
Even Johnny Cash and Marilyn Manson have covered the most successful synth-pop group of all time. But who performs the hits live in the original version if not Depeche Mode themselves?
Remode is the hottest Depeche Mode tribute band from Germany. No other band comes as close to the power and passion of the guys from Basildon as this band from Bielefeld.
What was initially planned as a fan project for a single concert at a Depeche Mode party in January 2006 was to develop continuously. The response from the audience at their stage debut was so great that the decision was made without further ado to expand and perfect the Remode project. With the concept "The original is the grail" and a handmade foundation of bass, guitar and drums, Remode quickly gained a loyal and ever-growing fan base.
Remode's success story reached its first climax in 2007. The music magazine Subway named Remode "Europe's best Depeche Mode tribute band". This was celebrated with a concert in the Volkswagenhalle in Braunschweig in front of over 4000 enthusiastic visitors. With an impressive stage presence and captivating authenticity, Remode finally got even the most critical voices singing along. The fan community expects a lot from Depeche Mode, but much more from a tribute band. The band rises to this challenge without compromise.
In recent years, Remode has usually been booked as the headliner and thus the highlight of an event evening. Remode evokes emotions that can only be experienced at a Depeche Mode concert.
