re:publica Berlin 2026

re:publica is the festival for the digital society and will take place this year from May 18-20 at STATION Berlin. The motto of re:publica 26 is "Never Gonna Give You Up". Participants can look forward to an exciting programme of talks, discussions, workshops, performances and much more - all about current social debates, the internet, its communities and the opportunities and challenges that lie in the digitalization of society.

In times when algorithms shape opinions, platforms make policy, attention has become a currency and artificial intelligence is increasingly shaping our reality, we need a counter-proposal: an appeal to hold on to the idea of a community of solidarity. "Never gonna give you up" is not only the motto of re:publica 26 - we also see it as an attitude and a reminder of why it is worth standing up for diversity, participation and humanity.
