RIA is a singer-songwriter from Osnabrück, also known as the frontwoman of the energetic blues rock band Jail Job Eve. With her self-titled project, the Schweinfurt native strikes a softer note, accompanying herself on the piano and arranging her versatile pop songs around her expressive voice with the help of drummer Sabine Müller. In 2016, she was awarded the StudyUp Award POP! by Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, and in 2018 her duo won the Singer Songwriter Slam at Lagerhalle Osnabrück.

"The soulful jazz mixture that keyboardist Matti Klein serves up with Lars Zander on saxophone and bass clarinet and drummer André Seidel, his partner from the "Mo' Blow" days, has addictive potential. As a trio, the three musicians create a sound that sounds like much more than a trio. Groove master Klein himself provides the perfect dose of bass on the keys. With his left hand, he plays a Rhodes bass piano of his own construction and produces a full, warm and round sound that has it all. (...) With their passionate reminiscences of the soul-jazz era, the three musicians meet with an enthusiastic response from the audience.
