Riffs Against Cancer Festival

On Saturday, June 13, 2026, the outdoor pool meadow at the Aquarell in Haltern am See will be transformed into a vibrant festival arena. Under the motto "Riffs Against Cancer", Rockbüro Haltern e.V. and initiator Stephanie Lukat are inviting music fans, families and supporters to a special charity event to make a loud statement against cancer.

The line-up promises a day full of musical highlights. A total of eleven bands will provide a rousing atmosphere on two stages. Headlining the event is the band NEEVE, accompanied by a diverse selection of local and regional acts:

The festival concept combines first-class live music with a relaxed "outdoor pool feeling". In addition to the concerts, visitors can expect a wide range of food and drink as well as a varied children's program, making the event an experience for the whole family.

The charitable idea remains at the heart of the event: all profits generated go directly to German Cancer Aid and the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ). The initiator of the festival is Stephanie Lukat. She herself was diagnosed with breast cancer in early 2025. This personal experience gave rise to the idea of organizing a music festival that gives hope, raises awareness and actively contributes to supporting cancer research.

In addition, donation-only tickets, which do not entitle the holder to attend the festival, are also available at a price of 10 EUR
