You have little experience with yoga so far and would like to learn more about it in different ways? Then you've come to the right place!
In a rather slow style, I would first of all like to give you a feeling for your body and introduce you to some basic principles so that you can learn to practise in a way that is safe for you right from the start.
This also includes developing an awareness of where your individual limits lie and when you may have a tendency to avoid, for example to avoid exertion.
Your breathing can be a good teacher here, which you should first learn to familiarize yourself with.
