Enzo Sushi Bar will close its doors to the public for a special evening.
Fixed-Price Menu:Chef Longhas spent years mastering Japanese techniques—precise knife work, the discipline of nigiri preparation, and the patience that sushi demands. For this evening, he’s crafting an omakase menu course by course. Nothing from the regular menu. Nothing you’ll find anywhere else.
Behind the bar:Diego Aspra, an award-winning bartender whose cocktails blend Japanese and Mexican techniques—mezcal meets yuzu, umami meets citrus—compositions you won’t find on any other menu in Berlin. Cocktails created exclusively for this evening.
