ROCK MEETS CLASSIC 2024 is a six-pack of top-class superstars: on April 10, TARJA TURUNEN (Nightwish), JOHN HELLIWElL & JESSE SIEBENBERG (Supertramp), MIDGE URE (Ultravox), ROBERT HART (Manfred Mann's Earth Band) and PAUL SHORTINO (Quiet Riot) will take to the stage of the MHP Arena in Ludwigsburg.

In 2024, fans of ROCK MEETS CLASSIC can look forward to TARJA TURUNEN, the original singer of symphonic metal superstars Nightwish. Tarja is considered one of the best rock singers in the world and is a perfect fit for the event thanks to her opera training and fantastic vocal color. The Finnish singer embodies the fusion of rock and classical music like no other! RmC organizer Manfred Hertlein: "Tarja and RmC are a fantastic match - she is the perfect choice for us as the headliner of the 2024 tour! We are also very happy with the entire line-up."

And it is indeed more than worth seeing and hearing. And - as always - has plenty of "Greatest Rock Hits" in its luggage! For example JOHN HELLIWElL & JESSE SIEBENBERG from Supertramp. The duo took to the RmC stage for the first time in 2018 and wowed the audience with gifted songs such as "Dreamer", "Give A Little Bit" and "School". Also on the program: MIDGE URE (Ultravox), who last enchanted the audience in 2016 with his energetic show and dreamlike songs such as "Vienna" and "Dancing With Tears in My Eyes". Fans can also look forward to ROBERT HART, the charismatic frontman of Manfred Mann's Earth Band and timeless hits such as "Mighty Quinn" and "For You". PAUL SHORTINO, the singer of Quiet Riot, who conquered the music world in the 1980s with their anthem "Cum On Feel The Noize" and were the first metal band ever to reach number 1 in the US Billboard charts with their album "Metal Health", will be performing for the first time!

Rock icon RUSS BALLARD will be on stage as special guest. With "On The Rebound" and the Miami Vice song "Voices", Ballard has two great hits of his own in his luggage. The Brit has also written dozens of songs for superstars such as Kiss, Roger Daltrey (The Who), Ringo Starr (The Beatles) and Abba singer Agnetha Fältskog, from which he will "conjure up" an exclusive surprise set for RmC.
