The newly engaged couple, Brad and Janet, end up in a remote castle after a flat tire during a thunderstorm at night. But instead of the hoped-for opportunity to make a phone call, they encounter the unexpected:

The eccentric alien scientist Dr. Frank N. Furter from the planet Transsexual from the galaxy Transylvania presents his latest and greatest creation to his fellow residents that night: the blond and muscle-bound test-tube creature Rocky, which he created primarily for his own amusement.
Brad and Janet are unwilling witnesses to this revelation ...
