In 3 asana practices that build on each other, you will be able to physically follow the path of growth: from feeling the roots to expansion to blossoming.

In between, you will learn easy-to-use techniques to accompany the different phases of your own growth in everyday life. Sometimes the ideas come from yogic philosophy, sometimes they are very practical ideas.
