"Für Immer Gummistiefel" is Rosa's first band album - as colorful as the gang itself and
all the friends who have contributed to it. In the single "Sterne sehn" ft. Dota Kehr
sparkles with a fun-loving "Was kostet die Welt" attitude, while other songs with influences from folk, punk and alternative open up tenderly romantic, astutely melancholic or edgy, quirky worlds. A true rollercoaster of emotions, some say! What makes the journey light as a feather are the moments in between: Full of joyful warmth, fearlessness and whatever happens in the moment.
Rosa Hoelger was awarded the 2020 Liederbestenliste prize, and in 2021 the band reached the final of the Rio Reiser Prize. She has been performing on German stages since 2015 and has now released 3 EPs and an album. Their songs "Dieses verdammte Gefühl" (2019) and "Winter in Spechte" (2024) have been played on stations such as Deutschlandfunk and WDR5.
