Rosa Morena Russa Band - Bossa Nova and finest Braziian Jazz

Singer and composer Kateryna Ostrovska, a native of Ukraine, has been an integral part of Hamburg’s jazz and world music scene for nearly 20 years and has also been firmly established in Rio de Janeiro’s music scene for about 10 years.
At the Brückenstern, she will present her current program, which she had the privilege of performing two months ago in Rio de Janeiro alongside the legendary Eduardo Neves.
The repertoire includes moving classics by Tom Jobim, João Bosco, Cartola, and Baden Powell, a selection of the most beautiful pieces from her five previously released albums, as well as several brand-new compositions from her upcoming album.
