As part of the Rearview Mirror exhibition, we invite you to a special tour of the district on Sunday, December 7: a journey through the history of our district - the east of Leipzig - and its development over the last 350 years.
Uwe Krüger, specialist and neighbor, will show us secrets of the city that we would otherwise never have discovered.

Please note: the meeting point is not at the Pöge-Haus, but at the Aldi supermarket at Konradstraße 27!

Rückspiegel / Rearview Mirror
Stories and developments from Neustadt-Neuschönefeld and the neighboring districts - from the late 1980s to the present day.

The exhibition invites you to tell and listen: People from the east of Leipzig share their memories, show personal objects, photos and documents. This creates a vivid picture of the time of upheaval in which Neustadt-Neuschönefeld has experienced many changes from the Peaceful Revolution to the present day - from migration and social change to cultural diversity and neighborhood life.

What stories remain, what has changed, what do we want to remember?
