Rundgang & Zeichenworkshop: „Altonaer SkizzenZeit“

A graphic walk through the history of the district

While sketching, we take a close look at the district. Our eyes search for traces of past times down to the last detail, our hands draw shapes on paper - and what happens in between in our heads is up to us individually!

The "SkizzenZeit" format combines a historical walk with an art workshop. After a drawing warm-up phase in the district archive, we go out into the fresh air. We pause at various stations in Ottensen to learn about the history of the places and record our impressions.

What details and ornaments can we find on the house facades? Where is nature reclaiming the urban space? Which building site in the area has created the biggest empty space?

Everyone is welcome, regardless of previous artistic experience - interest and a desire to try things out are more important for the workshop.

• Duration: 2 hours
• Meeting point: Ottensen district archive, Zeißstraße 28 (backyard, Feldtmann wire pencil factory)
• Costs: 10 € regular, 5 € reduced, for a donation for all up to 19 years and association members. Please bring suitable items.
