RYZON Running Unit
In the organizer's words:
Incredibly effective training, lots of fun and extremely cool people. We don't want to set personal best times in the hunt for the fastest kilometer pace - on the contrary. Our aim is to infect you with our passion and motivation for running . Because we focus on the community!
At the beginning, you can look forward to a joint warm-up with coordination - yes, we'll even unpack the obligatory running ABC - followed by a relaxed run (approx. 6-8 kilometers) along the Dreisam. By the way: everyone is allowed to run at their own pace here. Back on the Sandfangbrücke, there's a little but nice stretching and then nothing stands in the way of the end of the day!
Grab your running shoes and get on your bike. The meeting point is at the Sandfangbrücke on the Dreisam. Anyone can take part, no matter what pace.
The RYZON Running Unit is completely free of charge for you. Feel free to join!
