Saarner Feierabend

It's finally starting again: from April 2, 2025, the "Saarner Feierabend" outdoor event will once again take place on Pastor-Luhr-Platz in the middle of the village. Every first Wednesday of the month - from April to October - the village center will be transformed into an outdoor lounge from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for everyone who wants to start their leisure time together after work.

Feierabend is not a rival to the traditional weekly market. It is a mixture of a small gourmet market and street food event. People from the village and the surrounding area come together to enjoy culinary specialties, drinks and nice little things and simply have a good time. Various DJs take turns to fill the square with their mix of soul, funk and house music to create a relaxed atmosphere.

They include Burger & So, Silver Cigar Catering, Creperia, Bellenbaum (beer stand), pottschwarz (coffee and wine), Calla Gin, Korells Weinbulli and Schönfeld Events. The Rotarier Mülheim an der Ruhr Uhlenhorst will be at the barbecue with bratwurst.
