Saltatio Mortis Good-for-nothing Tour 2023

They are one of the best and most likeable live bands in the country and have been thrilling audiences with their hits and rousing shows for 22 years now. In autumn they will finally start again, because SALTATIO MORTIS ask for the big "Taugenichts-Tour": On nine dates in November and December 2023 they will ignite the halls again, discharge their energy and celebrate unforgettable hours together with the energetic support of their fans - more spectacular, louder and wilder than ever before! Since their beginnings as street musicians in beak shoes with drums and bag pipes, they have produced an impressive twelve albums, four number one placements, a gold record and exciting features with artists such as Electric Callboy and FiNCH. Constantly driven by their curiosity and joy of playing, the septet keeps treading new paths and proves with every album anew their sheer boundless musical creativity. In doing so, they never forget where they come from and always like to return there, playing medieval events, but also the biggest festivals, such as the Wacken Open Air, or the Full Metal Cruise. With their successful balancing act between the historical and the modern, the seven musicians create their characteristic sound, which awakens this very special bond between band and audience, especially live, from the very first notes. Between powerful rock and tender folk, historical instruments and the force of electric guitars, socio-critical words and refined word magic from the Nordic saga world, life, passion and freedom are celebrated. They hit the nerve of their loyal and constantly growing fans, all those dreamers who, like them, are not afraid to take risks, don't care about trends or conventions, wear their hearts on their sleeves and stick their fingers out towards the future and all enemies of freedom. SALTATIO MORTIS now dedicate a new single to all these great "good-for-nothings" - and the tour of the same name in autumn. ALESTORM, a "True Scottish Pirate-Metal" band from Perth, Scotland, will be joining them. Together they will burn down a firework of old and new hits - and take that quite literally. Because with a lot of pyro and even more fire, an evening with SALTATIO MORTIS will be torched and celebrated with all like-minded fans and good-for-nothings.
