Together, the exceptional artists present a rousing program and break down the boundaries between rap and classical music. Where beats and bass usually set the tone, cello and harpsichord take over - bringing two apparent opposites together in the greatest harmony.

MIKI's Takeover! Ensemble translates modern songs into a classical musical language and has already created fine, imaginative arrangements for the music of Joy Denalane, Max Herre and Stefanie Heinzmann. Now it will be interesting to see how the songs of rapper Samy Deluxe from his two high culture albums sound in a way never heard before in the classical Takeover arrangements. Classical music language combined with hip-hop is a feast on stage, a major win for both sides and a new insight into the subject of high culture!
