Molding, melting, pouring, fettling - the central work steps of casting can be experienced in the show foundry. Here, the Henrichshütte's Friends and Patrons Association conveys the principle of molding and the fascination of casting. Models made of wood and casting molds made of sand are created by hand. Casting is once again taking place "at the hut", albeit no longer in tons, but only in kilograms.
