Schmaus & Braus – Der lange Markttag

Witten’s Town Hall Square is getting a culinary makeover!
Every last Saturday of the month, “Schmaus & Braus – The Long Market Day” is a new monthly event series that turns the weekly market in downtown Witten into a gathering place for everyone.

Important: The regular weekly market runs as usual starting at 8 a.m. with the familiar regular vendors—and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., “Schmaus & Braus” adds a whole lot more to the program.

🍽️ Eat, Drink & Enjoy
Local vendors will be selling you treats and serving you refreshing drinks.
The food and drink offerings grow and change every Saturday. 

There’s also a cozy area for feasting, relaxing, and chatting—with live music providing a laid-back backdrop.
 

👨‍👩‍👧 There’s something for the little ones, too
Starting in July, there will be a great water playground for the little ones right in the middle of Rathausplatz.
