schoco mune x Fred Marty
The collaboration mune Marty (since 2022) combines acoustic double bass with feedback noise soundscapes. Their album "tempête de sable - 砂嵐" (June 2025) focuses on a tingling interplay of frequencies that culminates in overwhelming noise and finally leads to absolute silence.
Since 2020, schoco mune has been creating explosive, loud and chaotic soundscapes. Physicality and intuitive action are at the forefront, conventional sound structures are deliberately broken up to make unheard noises audible.
Fred Marty has been fusing everyday sounds with experimental playing techniques on double bass and electric bass in his improvisations since 2007. Since 2009, he has been working with musique concrète, using recorded voices and sound materials that develop slowly to create dense, organic sound textures.
Ach Kuhzunft x Salome Amend
After performing together in other formations, they are now playing as a pure improv duo for the first time. Salome appears with vibraphone, Ach brings along electronics and effects. Everything else will be a surprise.
Ach Kuhzunft creates soundscapes from cassette samples, field recordings, piezos and transducers, which he chases through effects devices. His improvised sets balance tonal and atonal surfaces, rhythms, scraps of speech and abstract and concrete noises. Every concert is a remix: live recordings by other musicians are immediately transformed into new sound events.
Salome Amend combines percussion and electronics to rethink modern percussion literature. In solo performances, she explores the timbres and textures of her instrument, while in improvised duos with partners such as Pavel Beliaev (PS: Percussion) she creates spontaneous, interactive sound fields. Her playing oscillates between precise new music and free improvisation.
After the concerts, there will be good music from radio and house DJs Katharina Ferrari and Moritz Ridder for a while.
