A new crime case. Darker. More complex. And completely out of control in terms of taste. Welcome to the Blind Tasting Crime Story, the chocolate event for all those who think they have already tasted the best and craziest chocolates.

A mysterious event in Dortmund is just around the corner. The room fills with excitement, glasses clink quietly, high-quality water is ready, and before you are six different chocolates or cocoa products that go beyond anything you know from the supermarket. Origin? Secret at first. Ingredients? Unknown. Crazy? Absolutely.

And that's exactly the point.

Experience chocolate in a new way - now it's time to investigate

In this blind tasting mystery, you will taste 6 unusual, rare and sometimes completely crazy chocolates and cocoa products from all over the world without knowing what is really behind them. You must therefore rely solely on your perception to determine taste, texture and aroma. Your sense of taste becomes a real magnifying glass.

Under the guidance of Mr. Chocoholic, you will learn step by step

• how to taste chocolate correctly

• how to really recognize aromas

• and why industrial mass-produced goods are about as exciting to taste as an empty crime scene.

Taste determines guilt or innocence

But it doesn't stop at tasting. Every chocolate provides clues. Each flavor could bring you closer to the culprit or lead you completely astray. In the end, you have to use your sensory skills to solve the case and convict the culprits. If you taste the wrong thing, you accuse the wrong people.

There is also a little chocolate surprise waiting for all participants at the end. (No, not a Merci packet.)

Important information about the blind tasting event in Dortmund

• The event can be booked independently of the first crime thriller and does not build on it

• Duration: approx. 75 minutes of excitement, taste & insights with the opportunity to ask questions afterwards (approx. 90 minutes in total)

• Apersonal experience that hardly exists these days

• The tasting is accompanied exclusively by high-quality water

• Maximum of 5 investigators
