The play follows Dewey Finn, a failed wannabe rock star who decides to make some extra money by posing as a substitute teacher at a prestigious school. There, he transforms a class of straight-A students into a guitar-shredding, bass-smashing, mind-blowing rock band. But can he get them to the 'Battle of the Bands' without their parents and the principal finding out?
Join us on tour and experience the thrilling journey of this charismatic rocker and his class! Be there and be captivated by the rousing live music and the passionate performances of a total of 40 children and young people, as well as 24 adult performers.
Under the direction of Anna-Lena Handt, the musical direction of Dennis Brause and the choreography of Larissa Fühner, something really big is being created with lots of great people!
