With a diverse festival program, the Schrift.Art.Festival invites you to discover handmade lettering in all its diversity and try your hand at it.

In addition to an exhibition, a “Script Cinema,” and a lovingly curated Art.Market, live performances, demonstrations, lectures, and a variety of workshops offer an inspiring introduction to the fascinating world of visual language. Using both traditional and handmade writing tools, writing becomes a hands-on experience at the specially set-up experimentation tables. The focus is always on sharing ideas and the joy of writing. The festival is open to all writing enthusiasts—with or without prior experience, young and old alike.
