Cooperation with the Children's and Youth Theater Center in the Federal Republic of Germany

Drawers open - texts out! An evening on the diversity of contemporary drama for young audiences.

Together with the renowned playwright Maria Milisavljević, we will open the drawers of the KJTZ (Children's and Youth Theater Center in the Federal Republic of Germany) and talk about selected texts from recent years that were created as part of the "Nah dran! New plays for children's theater". In the June issue, three authors will be our guests with one of their children's plays. Annalena Küspert comes to us with "Andersons Müllfahrt". We welcome Lena Gorelik with "Als die Welt rückwärts gehen lernte" and Anah Filou brings "Am Hafen mit Vogel" to us. Together with the audience, we will use the texts to address the pressing issues of our time.

In addition to staged readings of excerpts from the plays with the ensemble, we will discuss the texts and writing for young audiences with the authors. An evening full of encounters and insights into the perspectives of children's and youth theater on the current issues of our time.
