Science x Sound

In the organizer's words:

Science x Sound is our new series of events at the interface of science, culture and music.

The focus is always on a scientific topic that is presented by experts in an understandable, lively and visual way. It's not about dry lectures, but about an atmospheric experience: knowledge is brought to life through images, videos, storytelling and appropriate music.

The opening event will be held under the banner: Evolution presented by Dr. Sebastian Markert from the HTW Saar.

Between the content passages, musical moments are created that pick up on what is shown, deepen it and create space for reflection. The result is an evening that not only explains science, but makes it tangible.

The topics can come from areas such as nature, evolution, biodiversity, climate, the brain, the universe or other exciting scientific fields.

Science x Sound is aimed at anyone who is curious, likes to learn new things and wants to experience science in a different, accessible, visual, atmospheric and inspiring way.
