At the weekend workshop for beginners, you will learn the basics of rope walking and balance at a height of up to 2 meters. Here you will learn at your own pace in a small group with like-minded people.
We start with balance and walking exercises on the ground and with the correct movement of the 6-meter-long balancing pole. You will explore higher ropes at your own pace. Our instructors will accompany you at all times as you take your first steps on the wire ropes and slacklines.
You'll see that with a little concentration and practice, it's surprisingly easy to learn how to walk high ropes. If you can walk upright and hold the balancing pole, you have the most important prerequisites.
After the beginners' workshop, you can take part in our weekly high ropes training sessions on Fridays and Sunday evenings.
Balancing helps to control fears, test limits and boosts self-confidence. And above all: it makes you happy.
You do NOT need any previous experience for the beginner training.
As the balancing pole weighs 5-7 kg, our workshops are suitable for anyone aged 13 and over.
There is no upper age limit.
